My doctoral research aims to address the perceived problems faced by the software engineering organization . The basic aims of this doctoral research is design a Model for organizational knowledge management development process. based on this model; organization to be able to manage knowledge at optimum level with effective manner.
The main hypotheses are that knowledge Communities unable to acquire optimum knowledge management policies and practices within the organization so we consider it as to create a experience factory. In my research, we mainly focus direct impact based life cycle of organizational development like Management life cycle, Software development Life Cycle and Process Improvement Life Cycle This task will be challenging for knowledge Communities.
The work is based on the premise that the beliefs and practices by the knowledge communities at software engineering. how they store and distribute knowledge among beneficial in future of organizational growth.
